Not satisfied with your purchase and need to return it? No problem! Our ultimate goal is to make your return experience as quick and easy as possible. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure you enjoy your purchase and your experience with Jesup Milling Company. 30 Day Return Policy

Whether you made your purchase in store or online, if you’re not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us,, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. All returns require a proof of purchase in order to accurately refund your original purchase price.

Proof of Purchase  – For in-store purchases, the receipt serves as a proof of purchase.

Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date require approval. If approved, the item will be returned for the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit. Approved returns with a receipt after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as described in the Refunds section.

For items purchased online, the order confirmation e-mail or shipment confirmation email will serve as proof of purchase.

Refunds – Refunds for items purchased in-store are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided; in some cases an in-store credit.


Refund Exceptions – For online purchases that are returned in-store or through the Online Returns Center; original shipping fees are not refunded except due to a shipping error, shipping damage or manufacturer defect. Items acquired through a “FREE” promotion cannot be refunded.

Returns FAQs

Where Can I Return My Purchase?

You can initiate your return online or bring it to Jesup Milling Co located at 601 SW Broad St, Jesup, GA 31545 between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.

In store:

  • Take your purchase back to the store for an immediate refund or exchange it for something else within 30 days of your original purchase.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid I.D. to accurately refund your original purchase price.


Online returns are easy! Simply email us at jesupmillingco@gmail.com with RETURN in the subject line and the details of your return in the message. We will respond to your return request as soon as possible.

If you are shipping your item:

  • Parcel: Please print off the return label, which will be emailed to you, and drop off your item at any UPS location.

  • Local Truck Delivery: You will be contacted by our company to arrange pickup.

Can I return live goods?

Each live good may have unique return instructions. Please refer to your email communication e for specific details.

What do I do when my order is damaged or missing parts?

If an order arrives damaged or is missing parts, contact us as soon as possible. We may be contacted by calling 912-427-3200 during business hours, or by email, jesupmillingco@gmail.com

Can I return something I received as a gift?

Please visit our store to return gift purchases. Refunds for gift purchases will be issued in the form of an in-store credit when returned to store.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to make an exchange please come visit us in-store.

How long does my return take?

In store returns will be processed immediately and the time it takes for the credit to show is dependent on your bank’s processing time.

If you’re shipping your return back please allow 48 hours processing time upon receipt of your return.

Are there any return exceptions?

  • Shipping Restrictions – Items that have shipping restrictions can only be returned in store. This may include batteries, oil, etc.

  • Credit Card – Any orders using a credit card and returned online will be refunded to the credit card account.

  • Live Goods- Each live good may have unique return instructions. Please refer to your email communication  for specific details.

What happens if I don’t pick up my Ship-to-Store order?

Ship-to-Store online orders that are unclaimed within 45 days of the order date will be automatically returned and refunded to the original credit card used to place the order.
